The aging brain holds many secrets.
By working together, we can understand,
protect, and enhance brain health
throughout our lifetimes.
Research continues to be integrated across the campus, with
innovation – or the pursuit of better solutions – remaining at
the core of Baycrest's identity.
Over the next year, as we continue building on our strong
foundation of basic research in cognitive neuroscience, aging,
brain health, and neuroinformatics, the RRI also will launch
four new research programs. These programs will lead to even
more collaborations among groups on Baycrest's campus,
across Canada, and around the world, with the goal of making
greater strides in the prevention, detection, and treatment of
dementia and related diseases. Through this work, we strive
to help all adults live in comfort and wellness, with a healthy
body and mind.
