Attendees at the 28th annual RRI conference learned about the latest scientific advances and approaches to diagnose and treat concussion. Over 300 people also attended our public panel discussion: Is There A Concussion Crisis? Traumatic Brain Injury and the Future of Hockey, featuring four-time Olympic gold medalist Hayley Wickenheiser, Hockey Hall of Famer Ken Dryden, RRI Senior Scientist, Dr. Brian Levine, and medical advisor to the National Football League (NFL), Dr. Barry D. Jordan. Wickenheiser also shared an exclusive keynote talk with the audience, Silent Suffering and Head Injury: Why Athletes Stay Quiet and What We Can Do To Help. Hayley Wickenheiser, four-time Olympic gold medalist, speaks at the 28th annual RRI conference.
