Research strengths include cognitive neuroscience, aging
and brain health, Alzheimer's and related dementias, and
neuroinformatics.
The Rotman Research Institute is housed on eight floors in
the Kimel Family Building. Our staff includes 28 scientists
(including three Canada Research Chairs and one Canada
150 Research Chair), and dozens of trainees – postdoctoral
fellows and graduate students – as well as summer and co-
op undergraduate students, research assistants, and visiting
scientists. Researchers have on-site access to state-of-the-
art research tools for neuroimaging (including MRI, MEG,
and EEG), eye tracking, and brain stimulation, to uncover the
many wonders of the human brain.
