Hearing Services: Our ears feed our brains information for: • Communication and social activities • Safety and independent living • Entertainment and enjoyment • Staying mentally, cognitively and physically active and healthy Audiologists at Baycrest Hearing Services are experts in age-related hearing loss, helping to keep hearing healthy and brains informed and active. Staff members provide care for individuals with hearing loss and their family members, caregivers and loved ones through assessment, treatment and counselling. Foot Care: Healthy feet help keep people active and pain-free. Chiropody and nurse care is available for adults suffering with ingrown toenails, fungal infections, risk of injury from diabetes, corns and calluses. Orthotics and other prosthetic devices are available for purchase. Integrated Community Care Team: Adults aged 65 and older who are homebound due to complex physical and/or psychiatric conditions may be eligible for an interdisciplinary, comprehensive, geriatric assessment and treatment plan. 23 Call 416-785-2500 ext. 2377 or 2476.
