Whistle Blower Policy
To support our values, the Whistle Blowing Program allows
employees, physicians, students, volunteers, private companions
and contractors to anonymously and confidentially report cases of
workplace misconduct.
The Whistle Blowing Policy supports various methods to report in
good faith to their supervisor or Human Resources. If anyone is
uncomfortable to r
eport and would like to remain anonymous,
reports
may be submitted confidentially and securely to a third
party provider (ClearView Connects™).
Reports or questions can be submitted safely and anonymously
through ClearView's secure website, toll-free telephone hotline or
through mail. ClearView Connects™ is easy to use and available
24/7. To make a report, you can use whichever reporting option is
most c
omfortable for you:
