Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System
(WHMIS) / Globally Harmonized System (GHS)
WHMIS now incorporates GHS. The Globally Harmonized System
(GHS) was developed by the United Nations to harmonize
classifications and labelling of chemicals internationally. From time
to time volunteers may be required to work with materials that
could be a safety hazard if not handled
correctly.
