Baycrest Volunteer Handbook 43 Lost and found Articles found in patient or resident areas should be turned over to the nurse manager. Articles found in other areas should be taken to the Security Desk, which is located on the ground floor of the hospital at the Bathurst Street entrance. Items found at the Terraces of Baycrest Retirement Residence should be returned to the administration office on the main floor of the Joseph E. and Minnie Wagman Centre. You have a responsibility to ensure your personal belongings are kept in a secure place. If you discover a personal article or notice that an item of Baycrest property is missing, tell your supervisor and report it to Security through locating at ext. 2130. Lockers A limited number of lockers are located in Volunteer Services and the volunteer lounge on the main floor of the Apotex Centre, Jewish Home for the Aged , next to the W.A. Café. They are a safe place to store coats, handbags and other accessories. You must provide your own lock. Please do not bring valuables into Baycrest. Bring only what you need while you are here. Remove your belongings at the end of each day as locks left overnight may be cut off. Do not leave any items outside of the locker s while volunteering. Keep valuables with you. Baycrest and Volunteer Services are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
