Memory Link is an outpatient service that
assesses, trains and supports adults with
moderate to severe memory difficulties
following acquired brain injury. Training
lasts about 12 to 16 weeks with twice-
weekly appointments. All appointments are
now being offered virtually.
Eligibility: The program is designed
for adults (age 20+) whose dominant
complaint is memory impairment. It is not
intended to address memory problems
resulting from neurodegenerative
processes such as Alzheimer's disease,
frontotemporal dementia, Lewy body
disease, or Parkinson's disease.
Fee: $150. Family members attend for free.
Private health insurance plans may cover
this cost. The program does not turn away
anyone who is unable to pay.
Referrals are accepted from healthcare
professionals and can be faxed to
