Samuel Lunenfeld Mountainview Club
The Samuel Lunenfeld Mountainview Club supports older
adults with moderate to severe cognitive impairment
in a safe environment. The Club provides specialized
programs, as well as environmental support to meet the
individual needs of people with Frontotemporal Dementia
(FTD) or frontal lobe disturbance.
The program offers escorted door-to-door transportation,
hot kosher lunch, counselling and support by social
workers and nursing staff.
Daily program and transportation fees apply. Subsidies
are available for qualified applicants. Contact Lunenfeld

The Neuropsychology and Cognitive Health Program
provides care to hundreds of clients every year through
