Foot Care: Experienced chiropodists are available for adults suffering
from ingrown toenails, fungal infections, risk of injury from diabetes, corns
and calluses.

Integrated Community Care Team: Adults aged 65 and older who are
homebound with frailty and complex physical conditions may be eligible
for an interprofessional, comprehensive, geriatric assessment and
treatment plan. The cost of this program is covered by OHIP.

Saul and Rae Saltzman Day Treatment Centre (DTC): The Day
Treatment Centre provides a rehabilitation program for older adults living
in the community with complex medical conditions. Its primary aim is to
assist our clients in remaining independent as long as possible. The cost of
the program is covered by OHIP.
Program details
Three-hour sessions, twice a week, for up to 12 weeks or until clients'
goals are met.
