Chelsea layers together intricately hand-cut paper,
paint and embellishments to form larger abstract
"paintings" for hope, healing and beautification
in private and public realms. She is a lover of life
and harmony, and aims to nurture these energies
within her work.

Artist Statement
This brain is covered with heat-sensitive paper that changes depending on
the temperature. Over this material, are hand-cut paper fractal patterns that
are all unique but share a similar size and style. This brain exhibits change
in its appearance throughout the day, but also has patterned elements that
remain constant.
