The brain is the most important and complex organ in our
bodies, so exercising it and understanding how it changes
as we age is key. I chose to participate in the Yogen Früz
Brain Project because watching a loved one go through
dementia is heartbreaking. Personally, one of the positive
ways for me to work through my own grief is to find
actionable ways to contribute. I'm happy to help bring
awareness to the importance of brain research and raise
some funds for the cause.
