Message from the Baycrest Foundation Board of Directors Chair and the President We continue to reach out to new supporters with innovative initiatives like Baycrest Breakthroughs magazine and high-profile events like the Baycrest International Pro-Am Hockey Tournament. The 2008 Pro-Am raised over $2.5 million from more than 13,000 donations spread across Canada and the world. Through our events, we have met many people who have shared moving stories of their loved ones' personal struggles with the diseases of aging. It is evident that these people, who come from all walks of life, are grateful for the important work being done at Baycrest. As we move forward, we are optimistic that our supporters will remain dedicated to Baycrest, and that our message of transforming the journey of aging will resonate with them tomorrow as it does today.
