25 Therapeutic Yoga Mind & Body/Mindful Movement David Newton Mindful Yoga Mind & Body/Mindful Movement Sabrina Tagliafierro We were born to move! In this class, we will explore a heightened connection to natural movement, flexibility, joint mobility, tension, and pain relief. Heightened connection will lead to in creased health and vitality. This program is suit able for all levels. This class is open to students of all levels and offers accessible alignment principles from which participants can playfully explore this yoga practice. With a focus on breath and mindful movement, this class will help to broaden the range of capabilities of each participant combining mobility, strength, and alignment in order to enhance daily functional movement. 12 week program, flex Activity Room A Jan. 23 to Apr. 9 Tuesdays, 10 - 11 a.m. 8 week program, flex Activity Room A Jan. 25 to Mar. 14 Thursdays 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. YogaFit Mind & Body/Mindful Movement Nikkita Mahabir Tai Chi/Qi Gong Wellness Mind & Body/Mindful Movement Jim Liang Head A non-competitive approach to physical fitness utilizing strength, balance, flexibility, and stamina. Proper body alignment, breathing, progressive muscle relaxation techniques are taught in each class. Our Tai Chi/Qi Gong programs are tailored to the different needs of the group. Through a series of slow, gentle movements, while practicing a meditative state of mind and purposeful breathing, participants will experience the maximum benefit with minimum wear and tear to their body. 6 week program, flex Activity Room A Jan. 21 to Feb. 25 Sundays, 10 - 11:30 a.m. 12 week program, flex Activity Room A Jan. 20 to Apr. 13 Saturdays, 10 - 10:45 a.m.
