30 Circuit Training Functional Training/Strength & Conditioning Marc Espinet Stretch & Mobility Group Fitness/Balance, Flexibility and Mobility Marc Espinet Each class, members will be introduced to different gym equipment, rotating through multiple stations and learning how to train using the gym equipment with proper form and technique. In this class, participants will be lying, sitting and kneeling on the floor/mat. We will be going through a series of stretches and movements that focus on lengthening the muscles and practicing strength exercises to help increase mobility. 8 week program, flex Stan's Gym Jan. 15 to Mar. 11 (excluding Family Day) Mondays, 1 - 2 p.m. 8 week program, flex Activity Room A Jan. 15 to Mar. 11 (excluding Family Day) Mondays, 2 - 3 p.m. Flex & Mobility Group Fitness/Balance, Flexibility and Mobility Denise Acton Essentrics for Healthy Aging Group Fitness/Balance, Flexibility and Mobility Karin Dresher This class is a mobility and flexibility program designed to help you move your body the way it's intended to. You will release stress, restore your range of motion, and renew your ability to move better, longer. Essentrics is a dynamic, full-body fitness program designed to build strength, flexibility, and mobility. Essentrics respects that the body moves in all directions. Techniques used in class aim to enhance the natural movements of the body, increase your range of motion, improve posture, assist in injury prevention and recovery, and deepen your body awareness. 2 offerings, 4 weeks each, flex Activity Room A Jan. 18 to Feb. 8 Thursdays, 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. Mar. 18 to Apr. 8 Mondays, 2 - 3 p.m. 10 week program, flex Activity Room B Jan. 24 to Mar. 27 Wednesdays, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
