30 Circuit Training Functional Training/Strength & Conditioning Marc Espinet Stretch & Mobility Group Fitness/Balance, Flexibility and Mobility Marc Espinet Each class, members will be introduced to different gym equipment, rotating through multiple stations and learning how to train using the gym equipment with proper form and technique. In this class, participants will be lying, sitting and kneeling on the floor/mat. You will release stress, restore your range of motion, and renew your ability to move better, longer. Essentrics is a dynamic, full-body fitness program designed to build strength, flexibility, and mobility. Essentrics respects that the body moves in all directions. Techniques used in class aim to enhance the natural movements of the body, increase your range of motion, improve posture, assist in injury prevention and recovery, and deepen your body awareness. 2 offerings, 4 weeks each, flex Activity Room A Jan. 18 to Feb. 8 Thursdays, 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. Mar. 18 to Apr. 8 Mondays, 2 - 3 p.m. 10 week program, flex Activity Room B Jan. 24 to Mar. 27 Wednesdays, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
