This foundational course on SMART Goal Setting
is built on evidence-based strategies to promote
positive behavioural changes. By setting goals
that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable,
Relevant, and Time-Bound, you'll gain clarity and
direction in your actions, building practical methods
to make lasting improvements in your life.
This pre-recorded lecture is a brief 20-minute video
available to watch at home and review at any point
of your member journey.
NOTE: You must register to access the YouTube link
to the video lecture.
These workshops are an opportunity to use what you
learned in the SMART goal setting video and connect
with facilitators and your peers to help keep you
on track with ongoing reflection and refinement of
your goals. You will be supported in monitoring your
accomplishments, identifying potential changes, and
make the necessary adjustments on your goals.
