Writer's Workshop
Class Series/Creative Writing
Julie Booker
Do you have stories to tell? Stories you'd love to
have written down to be shared with others? In this
program your creativity and voice will be honoured
weekly. We will work together to enrich your writing
as we explore diverse topics and ideas. Importantly,
when sharing our work, we will gain constructive
feedback and encouragement from our supportive
writer's community.
Memory and Aging
Class Series/Cognitive Health
Sue Vandermorris
Enhance your knowledge about memory and build
a "toolbox" of highly applicable memory strategies.
This Memory and Aging series is an evidence-
based memory intervention program for those
who may be experiencing age-related memory
changes. Ultimately, participants will note increased
satisfaction with their memory while learning to
adopt lifestyle practices that support brain health
and how to reach personal goals.
