15 Lectures & Continuing Education Writer's Workshop Class Series/Creative Writing Julie Booker Do you have stories to tell? Stories you'd love to have written down to be shared with others? In this program your creativity and voice will be honoured weekly. We will work together to enrich your writing as we explore diverse topics and ideas. Importantly, when sharing our work, we will gain constructive feedback and encouragement from our supportive writer's community. Memory and Aging Class Series/Cognitive Health Sue Vandermorris Enhance your knowledge about memory and build a "toolbox" of highly applicable memory strategies. This Memory and Aging series is an evidence- based memory intervention program for those who may be experiencing age-related memory changes. Ultimately, participants will note increased satisfaction with their memory while learning to adopt lifestyle practices that support brain health and how to reach personal goals. Jul 4 to Thurs 10 a.m. - 5 weeks, fixed Aug 1 12 p.m. Dates Day Time Sessions/Type May 27 to Mon 5:30 - 7 p.m. 4 weeks, fixed Jun 17 Dates Day Time Sessions/Type Courses FIXED You must start on the first day of the class series. FLEX You can jump into the program at any week. DROP-IN You can register for a specific session. NOTE: Registration is required for ALL programs.
