FLEX PROGRAM: You can jump into the program at any week (i.e. you can join at week 4 without having been in weeks 1-3). DROP-IN PROGRAM: You can drop-in for any specific session or time and are not required to stay for full timeslot. NOTE: Registration is required for ALL programs. In addition to the seasonal program guide, we also provide monthly calendars that feature pop-up programs. Monthly calendars are released two weeks before the start of the month. See our Administrative Team or website for these details. Once you have your personalized programming strategy, you can register for programs. PROGRAM DOMAINS Our programs are offered seasonally: All programs are evidence- based and are associated to one or more risk factors.
