9 Calligraphy Visual Art/Calligraphy Michele Nidenoff Calligraphy is a gorgeous art practice, and it's not going anywhere. Whether you are a beginner or a tried-and-true calligrapher, this class will spark your imagination and help you improve your skills. The Art of Memory: Learn to Draw with Treasured Objects Visual Art/Mixed Media Rose Montgomery-Wicher Learn to develop drawing skills by working from objects with personal meaning, as well as natural objects provided by the instructor. This course will make the stories in treasured objects visible through observational drawing, drawing from memory, and exploring how composition, scale, vantage point and lighting reveal meaning. Fine Arts & Crafts Abstract Art Visual Art/Mixed Media Perri Bender In this course, you will learn different techniques that can be utilized in creating an abstract painting including using acrylics, stencils, stamps, and mark making using various materials. One session will be devoted to experimenting with various techniques before starting on a real canvas. Mandala Art Visual Art/Colouring Maya Vinokurov Calm your mind and unwind with the art of the mandala. Delve into the history and benefits of drawing mandalas while creating your own vibrant work of art, which you can take home and be inspired by. Not a seasoned artist? No problem! This class is great for beginners. This is a virtual Zoom class. You will receive the Zoom meeting link one day prior to the session start date.
