INNOVATIONS FOR BETTER CARE The Baycrest Innovation Office (BIO) is where staff and healthcare industry people turn when they need help to advance their innovations. BIO assesses new technology and supports its development. DEFEATING DEMENTIA Baycrest is the scientific headquarters for the Canadian Consortium on Neurodegeneration in Aging (CCNA), which connects more than 300 scientists across Canada working to detect, prevent and treat dementia. TRAINING THE NEXT GENERATION The Research Training Centre provides world-class training to the next generation of healthcare leaders. It trains more than 100 students and staff per year and promotes research excellence. GLOBAL SUPPORT Baycrest Global Solutions advises governments on care policies for seniors, helps develop care programs, and trains caregivers around the globe.
