Classes involve light weight resistance training designed to increase muscle strength and improve mobility, posture, coordination, and cognition. Date(s) Day Time Sessions Nov 3 Sun 12:45 - 1:30 p.m. 7 weeks, flex to Dec 15 Latin Fusion This easy-to-follow dance workout combines Latin and international music and movements; strength training (which includes balance and body weight exercises) to create a fun and effective workout.
