Mindfulness Meditation: The Essentials This beginner-friendly series introduces the core principles of mindfulness and meditation with an emphasis on brain health, breathwork, relaxation, stress reduction and the practical benefits of daily practice. Each week explores a different meditation style or theme, allowing participants to discover what resonates with them most. Sound Baths: Level 1 (Seated) Take a seat to be "bathed" in sound waves. This meditative experience includes the healing sound of quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks and the human voice of an experienced opera singer. It provides a peaceful space for self- expression and healing, making it especially beneficial for individuals experiencing brain fog, injury recovery or memory challenges.
