Mindfulness Meditation: Deepening the Practice From Within This follow-up course to Mindfulness Meditation: The Essentials invites participants to explore two to three key areas that had the greatest impact and resonance from the first series. It aims to build confidence and consistency while examining the deeper brain benefits of sustained mindfulness, including neuroplasticity and its effects on physical health, emotional resilience and attention training.
