Virtual Cooking Class: Bringing Brain-Healthy Food into Your Kitchen Join our virtual cooking class to explore and make recipes that specifically highlight the ingredients that help define a cuisine. Each session will dive into a different country to discuss iconic dishes and the cultural significance of the ingredients used. Recipes and grocery list will be provided a week before the class. Virtual Cooking Class: Around the World Cuisine Virtual Baking Class This virtual baking class is perfect for beginners or seasoned bakers. Using a variety of no-bake and easy-to-follow recipes made on the stove or baked in the oven, you will learn to make tasty creations to satisfy your sweet tooth. If you have food intolerances or allergies, substitutions will be recommended for all recipes. Recipes and grocery list will be provided a week before the class.
