2 . 1 . 5 C i t a t i o n s
The RRI's contributions and impact on the neuroscience field was investigated by using the
RRI's publications (articles and reviews) citations. Citation counts were obtained for the group of
articles and reviews published in each of the five-year periods analyzed in this report (Figure 6).
In addition, the self-citations of all authors were excluded from the total citations to show the
citations made by other scientists who are not associated with RRI's scientists.
