There are a total of 44,000 publications including articles, reviews, conference papers, books
and book chapters cited the RRI's research (excluding publications that have the RRI as an
affiliation). Figure 8 shows the top 5 journals containing the highest number of publications citing
the RRI's research.

The journals containing the highest number of citing documents are comparable to the journals
in which the RRI has the highest number of publications. The exception is the open access
journal Plos One, which is not in the top five journals in which the RRI publishes.
