Annual Education Report 2014-2015 June 2015 Page 20 of 30 Faculty Development A priority for the Centre for Education is to create an exceptional learning environment for our staff, with a strong focus on enhancing the professional development and skills for our staff who teach at Baycrest. Several activities have been implemented to promote faculty development and strengthen teaching skills and capacity across Baycrest. Preceptor Workshops continue to be offered for nurses who provide a formal preceptor experience for nursing students throughout the academic year and In partnership with the Centre for Faculty Development, a series of 6 on-site faculty development workshops were offered on site.
