Future Directions
In the coming year, the RTC plans t o:
Increase capacity in professional development offerings including leadership, project
management, and research finance training
Expand the network of internship partners offering trainee experiential work
opportunities
Redesign the RTC website to prov ide an online destination of choice for research
trainees to access educational resources, peer support, and communication avenues
Partner with other RTCs to co - develop and/or co - deploy educational offerings
