Whenever possible, KLAERU operates
on a fee-for-service model where
clients are charged on an hourly basis
for services rendered by a KLAERU staff
member. Hours are reported on a
weekly basis and invoices issued on a
monthly basis. For internal clients, a
weekly transfer between cost centres is
implemented. For external clients,
cheque payments are requested in a
timely fashion.
The cost model is differentiated
between internal versus external clients
as follows:
