KL‐CARE Business Model Empowering our experts Promoting enquiry Answering questions that matter Sharing knowledge Building confidence and trust KL‐CARE OFFERINGS: PROJECT INTAKE PROCESS 1. An inial project planning meeng will be held to clarify the queson of interest, the nature of the work required, available funding, and available support through KL‐CARE. 2. Based on this common understanding, a memorandum of understanding (MOU) will be draed between KL‐CARE and the primary invesgator, defining roles, responsibilies, milestones, and relevant costs. 3. Once all pares approve the MOU, project work is iniated. The KL‐CARE team and research group meet regularly to go over the project status and address ongoing study issues. 4. Once project work is complete, the KL‐CARE team will close out the project with a final team meeng/de‐briefing and transfer all relevant documents and deliverables to members of the research team. Whenever possible, KL‐CARE operates on a fee‐for‐service model where clients are charged on an hourly basis for services rendered by a KL‐CARE staff member. Hours are reported on a weekly basis and invoices issued on a monthly basis.
