16 RTC Annual Report 2015 - 2016 In recognition that tangible work experience helps trainees to excel in a competitive job market, the RTC partners with both internal and external st akeholders to develop volunteer, part - time and paid, full - time internship opportunities for Baycrest trainees. Through the generous support of the Mynne and Harold Soupcoff endowment, trainees are able to work full - time with an external partner organizatio n to develop their transferable skills, expand their network of vocational contacts, and enhance their work history. Experiential Opportunities – RTC Internship Program Research data management intern, Renante Rondina (l) with internship supervisors and partners, Dr. Jason Brodeur (m) and Vivek Jadon(r)fromMcMasterUniversity Internship postings are developed in collaboration with each partner and all interested trainees must submit an application for considerat ion. Partners identify trainees for interviews and select successful candidate(s) for the internship opportunity.
