RTC Annual Report 2015 - 2016
Educational Resources
As part of our mandate, the RTC aims to disseminate knowledge and information to our
trainees. With this in mind, the RTC launched two new tools this year to help research
trainees and staff stay connected to up - to - date information about our events (e.g.,
workshops, conferences, career nights) and deadlines (e.g., funding and internship
applications).
RTC Workshop Archive
Over t he past 3 years, the RTC has
coordinated, developed, and delivered over
50 workshops across technical, professional,
and career development domains.
To ensure that existing and new trainees have
access to the educational resources from
these events, numer ous workshop instructors
have kindly provided slides, mock data sets,
and code to RRI trainees for educational use
only. To access these resources, trainees must
have a RRI research account (i.e.,
jsmith@research.baycrest.org).

RTC Google Calendar
With the wealth of offerings from the RTC
across the entire year (e.g., workshops,
rounds lectures, internships, scholarships),
there are a number of important dates fo r
trainees and staff to keep in mind.
One way to track all of these important dates
is to add the RTC Google Calendar to your
existing Google Calendar. Event dates and
locations as well as important deadlines will
appear in your calendar as they become
ava ilable.
