F uture Directions
As the RTC plans for 2016 - 2017, we aim to put our new strategic plan into action by:
Expanding our educational offerings to include new domains of training interest
including research best practices and research finance management.
E xpanding the RTC's reach by broadcasting educational offerings through the
web and tele - education channels.
Re - designing the RTC website to make it a resource of choice for trainees both at
Baycrest and beyond.
Engaging new external partners to develop e xperiential internship opportunities,
particularly in industry.
Pursuing additional funding opportunities whether that be through grants or
philanthropy.
