Management
The RTC is overseen by a steering committee comprised of RRI trainees, RRI staff, an
academic director (scientist), and a research administrator. T he RTC steering
committee include s six members with the following membership roles:
Graduate students
Post - doctoral fellows
R esearch staff members (e.g., program manager, lab manager)
Research manager
Academic director
Administrative assistant
Operated b y trainees and staff , the RTC is focused on providing tailored programming as
well as teaching and administrative experience to trainees and staff.
