With its core values of excellence, integrity, community, and empowerment, the RTC achieves its vision through three main pillars of activity: research education, career and professional development, and advocacy and communication. Over the past three years, the RTC has expanded its training offerings extensively to include: workshops, lecture series, conferences, experiential opportunities (e.g., internships), funding support, and mentorship.
