Faculty Development
A priority for the Centre for Education has been to create an exceptional learning environment for staff,
with a strong focus on enhancing the professional development and skills for our teaching staff at
Baycrest. The following development activities were implemented to promote faculty development and
strengthen teaching skills and capacity across Baycrest.

Baycrest CLRI and Volunteer Services

February & March 2016 Responsive Behaviours training
Preceptor Workshops continue to be offered for nurses who provide a formal preceptor experience for
nursing students throughout the academic year.
A catalogue of internal courses has been developed for implementation and roll-out in 2016-17.
