Reflection speaks of the effects of meditation on brain health, our bodies and lives at large. The sculpture is a metaphor that plays with the notion of inner reflection. In order to see the world around us clearly for what it is, we must have a clear mind to allow us to reflect. When thoughts of various sorts enter our minds, we get caught in a reactive cycle. The aim of a meditation practice is to centre ourselves while allowing the frontal lobes to rest and develop body awareness.
