T H E B R A I N P R O J E C T 2 0 1 7 26 Mei Chan-Long was born in Toronto in 1970. Her pieces are a reflection of life experiences with expression and positivity. They are all based on her health and living experiences. Creating is her inner therapy. All of her metal work is hand sculpted and MIG welded. After brain surgery, Chan-Long is now at a life stage of appreciating, moving forward and not being afraid to share. She is hoping that her works of art will benefit others in some way.
