Sandra Brewster is a Canadian multi-disciplinary artist
based in Toronto.
Her work has been exhibited nationally and abroad,
engaging many themes that grapple with notions of
identity, representation and memory.
Brewster remembers being very young on Dunsfold
Drive, playing in the streets with the other neighbour-
hood kids. They stayed outside until the sun fell. She
remembers making angels in the mound of snow at the front of her house and
her mom hollering at them to "Hurry, inside!" This was a very long time ago.
