In response, the Baycrest Staff Medical Library shi ed from a physical space to a virtual-based model. Providing the same customized service, the library accessed biomedical databases, and used evidence-based strategies to provide mely, online access to informa on that supported evidence-in- formed decision-making and best prac ces. The library con nued training sessions on informa on resources and search techniques via Zoom© and has also supported the Project ECHO Care of the Elderly LTC - COVID-19 series. 80% core curriculum compliance 131 available eLearning courses 23,403 total number of eLearning courses completed 7,000 total number of eLearning hours completed 4,726 visits to the Library Homepage 97literature searches performed by library staff 2,155 ar cles requested page 7
