This class is specifically designed for those who are looking for a more intense workout. Enjoy a mix of muscular strength and cardiovascular training by alternating periods of hard work and recovery. Leave feeling rejuvenated and with a greater sense of wellbeing. Please bring a towel. Feel free to use the equipment available at the pool. We encourage everyone to swim with a buddy as our pool is not supervised by a lifeguard.
