KOSHER KITCHEN PROGRESS REPORT | 2023 6 "Staff have expressed that they are very happy with the new equipment as it enables them to work more efficiently. The new kettle heats up much faster and has consistent temperatures, which produces a better end product. The kettle is used to prepare soups, stews, hot cereals, gravies and sauces, and other items such as macaroni & cheese and cheesy noodle kugel. Staff are also very happy with the new convection oven as it provides much needed capacity for the large volume of meat items we prepare.
