Whether you are new to the gym or an avid gym
goer, this program offers you the chance to
improve your health using the principles of
strength and conditioning, either one-on-one or in
a personalized group training session.
It's not easy to get to every class that you'd like
to, and that's why we offer Open Gym. During
these time slots, you're able to train freely and
use all of the equipment available. Please note
that registration is required for these drop-in
times.

Please register at least 24-48 hours in advance
to ensure instructor availability.
Jan. 8 to Apr. 5
Mondays, 9 - 11:30 a.m.
Fridays, 9 - 10:30 a.m.
