18 Beginner French Class Series/Language Anna Rosner This class will help participants master the basics of the French language through the use of texts, videos, and active discussion, with an emphasis on French and francophone cultures. Spanish 101 Class Series/Language Nikita Sankreacha Each class will start with learning the foundations of the language and will end with an activity/lecture related to Spanish culture. You will learn to use the present tense, explore the relationship between nouns and gender, and practise introducing yourself as well as talking about likes, dislikes, food, travel, and the days of the week/months of the year. Class Series/Health and Wellness Dr. Danielle D'Amico This series will answer this question and more by discussing the science behind our body's stress physiology. Themes include: what's going on "under the hood" when we experience stress, why stress isn't always a bad thing (and when it is), and evidence- based ways to help increase our resilience to stress.
